You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us at service@nexoes.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). Our support team will guide you through the return process.


1️⃣ Damaged or Defective Items (Quality Issues)

If your product arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Not functioning properly

  • Incorrect item received

We will provide:

✔ Return shipping covered by Nexoes
✔ No restocking fee

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide photos or videos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

2️⃣ Returns for Personal Reasons (Non-Quality Related)

If you wish to return an item due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Size not suitable

  • No longer needed

  • Preference reasons

You may still return the product within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging

  • All accessories must be included

  • The item must be in resellable condition

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.


Return Conditions

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be shipped back within 10 business days after return approval.

  • Products remain the customer’s responsibility during return transit.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
