Order Processing

Once your payment is verified, our team will process and prepare your order within 48 hours (2 business days).
This timeline does not include weekends or holidays. All products are shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse.

After your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your Tracking ID. You can use this ID to track your shipment on the FedEx website.

Shipping Time

Delivery time depends on your location.

  • Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

  • Orders placed during holidays or peak seasons may take a few extra days to arrive.

  • In rare cases, delivery might take longer due to carrier delays or extreme weather conditions.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.
Please note:

  • Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Virgin Islands cannot be delivered via express shipping.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses — please provide a valid physical address to ensure successful delivery.

Delivery & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking details.
You can track your shipment status anytime through the FedEx tracking page using the provided Tracking ID.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately for faster delivery.

Undeliverable Orders

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect, unavailable, or incomplete shipping address

  • Invalid or unreachable phone number

  • Address outside our delivery coverage area

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, please contact our customer service team to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
